Jack Chen
CEO
As CEO and Board Member of Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, Jack Chen provides strategic, financial, and operational leadership working with the Executive Management Team and ALE Board of Directors.
He has over 25 years of experience in telecommunications and is a leader with a proven track record of restructuring, transforming and growing the business. His goal is to make Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise an impactful company in the industry, creating value for customers, partners and employees. Before becoming CEO of ALE in 2016, he held several executive roles, including Chief Operating Officer of the Mobile Radio Business Group at Alcatel in Paris, and President of Shanghai Bell Alcatel Mobile Co. Ltd.
Rasheed Mohamad
Global Revenue and Operations Officer
Rasheed is an expert international executive with global leadership experience in business transformation at both strategic and operational levels. As the Global Revenue and Operations Officer at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, he leads the Global Operations, Business Technology, Quality and ESG teams and is accountable for maximizing revenue generation after booking. Rasheed’s success in transforming operations by delivering the highest level of efficiency and excellent customer satisfaction has been recognized by international awards. A clear vision and a results-oriented approach drive Rasheed as he implements key cross-functional initiatives within the company.
As sponsor of the ALE #GoGreen program, Rasheed is committed to finding new technologies that contribute to protecting our natural capital, building sustainable cities, and limiting global climate change. Rasheed has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and held various management roles in project management, process & budget management, R&D, supply chain, IT/IS and business operations.
Nicolas Brunel
EVP, Communications Business Division and President of ALE International
As Executive Vice President of the Communications Business Division, Nicolas Brunel leads the strategy and development of digital age communications that enable enterprises to collaborate effectively. Nicolas is also the President of ALE International, the group’s headquarters in France. Since his appointment to this role in March 2019, he has served as company representative, responding to ALE's legal obligations, heading the relationship with employees and Union representatives, as well as promoting the company in France.
Nicolas has vast international experience and is a dynamic public speaker. He is also a member of MEDEF, the leading network of entrepreneurs in France.
Stephan Robineau
EVP, NETWORKS BUSINESS DIVISION AND PRESIDENT OF ALE USA
Stephan Robineau is a seasoned international business executive and board member with global leadership experience in driving strategic growth and business transformation. His Digital Age Networking vision is to help businesses accelerate their digital transformation and bring superior connectivity to people, things and processes.
Throughout his 20+ years in executive positions in networking, Stephan has delivered growth and innovation to transform organizations and processes for business-driven automation, simplification and quality.
Moussa Zaghdoud
EVP, Cloud Communications Business Division
Moussa Zaghdoud is the inventor of Rainbow, the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise Cloud platform providing Hybrid Collaboration services and CPaaS. As Executive Vice-President of the Cloud Communications Business Division (CCBD), he is responsible for the end-to-end cloud strategy, as well as the solution definition, offer management, and business model definition for the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise cloud offers.
Prior to joining ALE, Moussa founded two startups that provided cloud call center services and artificial intelligence-based predictive routing services to enterprises. Moussa is the Chairman of Sipwise and Advisory Board member in different companies.
Maarten Huntjens
EVP, Human Resources & Real Estate
Maarten Huntjens is the Human Resources (HR) leader for Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise and heads Real Estate for the group, as well as business office management. Maarten's vision is for his agile team to partner with the company's business leaders around the globe and mirror the company strategy in transforming the organization.
In his 25+ years working in HR, Maarten gained broad expertise in organizational transformation in complex environments. As Global HR Business Partner in the former Alcatel-Lucent group (now part of Nokia), he supported various business divisions and gained experience in Strategic Industries, Services, Supply Chain, R&D, and Sales & Marketing, amongst other functions.
Marc Blecken
EVP, Finance
As Executive Vice President of Finance in Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, Marc Blecken manages the company’s finance functions – from controlling to accounting, treasury, tax, reporting as well as mergers and acquisitions. He leads ALE’s financial operations with a cooperative and agile approach.
Marc is an enthusiastic leader with over 20 years of international finance experience in leadership roles across Germany, France and the United States. He was instrumental in the setup of ALE as a stand-alone company after the spin-off from Alcatel-Lucent (now part of Nokia), and has since helped to shape the ALE Finance organization with a focus on digital transformation, addressing customer needs and to support sustainable growth.

Claudio Soland
SVP, Go-To-Market
Claudio Soland is accountable for bringing Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise products and services to market through the partner ecosystem. His teams are responsible for implementing advanced partner programs and industry-specific strategies, and executing targeted marketing programs that result in market penetration, customer acquisition and retention, and revenue growth. Claudio leads the following teams: marketing, partner programs, strategic verticals, and partnerships, training and customer success, and business and sales operations.
Claudio has extensive international experience navigating complex and dynamic multi-cultural business environments. He started his career in finance and has held several senior roles in marketing, sales, services, and business partner operations. He has a degree in Economics from the University of Zurich.
Sylvain Lecoustey
SVP, France
Sylvain Lecoustey channels his in-depth knowledge of the IT sector to lead the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise teams in France, one of the company’s most important markets, with an unwavering commitment to customer-centric growth.
His knowledge of the market and expertise in go-to-market, coupled with an effective sales strategy and a boundless passion for accompanying customers in their digital transformation, have enabled Sylvain to accelerate the evolution of the sales teams. As a forward-thinking leader, he ensures French teams seamlessly adapt to rapidly evolving market dynamics and customer needs.
Gert Jonk
SVP, Europe West
Gert Jonk leads sales for Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise throughout the Europe West region. His objective is to deliver consistent and sustainable growth by engineering an organization that allows Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise to be as close as possible to customers and partners.
With his guidance, the sales team has excelled at advising customers on how to develop a real competitive advantage by implementing digital transformation processes and getting the most out of their technology.
Lisa Simpson
SVP, AMERICAS
Lisa Simpson leads sales for Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise across the Americas region. Putting people first, capitalizing on Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise’s key differentiators in the market, and ensuring the right resources and partnerships are in place, are the cornerstones of her strategy for growth and success.
Throughout her career, Lisa has taken on various roles, including CIO, giving her a unique perspective on the needs of CIOs and their organizations. She has been described by her team as “a fighter and a diplomat”, a unique combination she uses to drive teamwork while aggressively pursuing growth in sales.
Christian Foerg
SVP, GERMANY
Christian is accountable for the overall Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise business in Germany. This includes the complete management of sales in focused enterprise vertical markets, as well as the development of the partner business and its strategic orientation towards digital transformation in networking infrastructure, transition to cloud communications, and AI enablement. Christian is responsible for employees from the Sales, Presales, Partner Management, and Support teams in Germany.
With over 30 years of experience in the IT infrastructure sector, Christian has developed an extensive knowledge base and network of contacts. He has been at ALE for more than 20 years and has held several management positions in sales and strategic partnerships.
Sandrine El Khodry
SVP, EEIMEA
Sandrine El Khodry is in charge of the development of Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise’s Emerging Europe, India, the Middle East, and Africa (EEIMEA) region. She understands that emerging markets are fertile ground for business growth but require specific go-to-market approaches and a deep knowledge of the culture that drives them. Sandrine applies her extensive experience in leading diverse and multicultural teams, track record of delivering year-over-year business growth, and her curiosity and appetite for tackling complexity, to deliver on ambitious EEIMEA growth objectives.
A sought-after keynote speaker and mentor, Sandrine has over 28 years of experience in IT and business in multinationals. She is a certified European Board Member and is a member of the French Foreign Trade Advisors.
Jyh Chong Tee
SVP, APAC
Jyh Chong is Senior Vice President for Sales and Services in the APAC region. With over two decades of experience in the IT industry, Jyh Chong is a seasoned leader with a wealth of experience across Asia. He is also responsible for steering Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise’s strategic growth in Singapore and contributing to the continued success of partners and customers.
At ALE, Jyh Chong excelled as the Vertical Account Manager for the public sector vertical in Singapore, eventually expanding his portfolio to include the education vertical in the region. During his 17 years with the company, he has demonstrated strategic leadership and a keen ability to generate new business.
Michel Ozanian
SVP, LEGAL, COMPLIANCE AND INTERNAL CONTROL
Michel is the Chief Legal, Compliance and Internal Control Officer in charge of the department that provides a broad range of in-house legal services in the field of business law, intellectual property and corporate law. He is passionate about leveraging technology to transform how legal counselling is practiced.
Michel joined the Alcatel Group in 1989 as Senior Counsel supporting the activities of the Alcatel Mobile Phone Division and has held various positions since in France and the United States. Michel uses his vast experience to provide high-quality support to ALE executives and internal clients.
